Ocean Terrace
Ocean Terrace is a neighborhood of about 138 single-family homes on Ocean Terrace Drive, Pacifica Drive, Sea Ridge Circle and the Sail View and Sea Breeze avenues, near Crest Road and Highridge Road. It joins two tracts: Ocean Terrace, recorded in December 1977 and built mostly in the 1980s, and Sea Breeze, recorded in August 1997 and built in 1998–99.

Living in Ocean Terrace
Rancho Palos Verdes uses the name Ocean Terrace for the Neighborhood Watch area that covers both tracts, and a Seabreeze group appears on the city's neighborhood beautification grant list. The name is also shared with The Ocean Terrace, a 100-unit condominium that opened in 1975 on Palos Verdes Drive South, a different place.
