Mediterrania

Mediterrania is a neighborhood of 1960s single-family homes on Ganado Drive and the streets around it, among them Coolheights, Seaclaire, Cliffsite, Greve and Bendigo, between Palos Verdes Drive East and Ladera Linda in southeast Rancho Palos Verdes. Its two main tracts were recorded in June 1963 and April 1965, and most houses went up between about 1964 and 1971.

Living in Mediterrania

The Mediterrania HOA has taken part in 14 cycles of the city's neighborhood beautification grants, and a real estate listing on Ganado Drive gives the Mediterrania Homeowners Association as its subdivision. A 2011 real estate guide names Mediterrania, with Mira Catalina, as one of the communities of MLS area 168. Most of the lower part of the neighborhood forms the city's Ganado Neighborhood Watch group.
