Every photo on the site
Each image name opens the file as it appears on this site. The source link opens the original page, where you'll find the full-size file and its license details. We resized and recompressed every photo for the web; that doesn't change who made it or the license it carries.

Original illustrations
The drawings of Annie's Stand, the Admiral Risty, the Rolling Hills ranch country and the horse and rider on the bridle path (annies-stand-art.svg, admiral-risty-art.svg, rolling-hills-art.svg, rhe-art.svg) are original artwork made for Palos Verdes Life.
Listing photos
Photos on property cards and maps come from the MLS through Properkey (CA DRE #01979718). They belong to the listing brokerages and their photographers, and each listing credits its brokerage.

Map tiles © Esri — Esri, HERE, Garmin. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. The Eat & Shop pins were compiled from OpenStreetMap and local knowledge.

Maps run on Leaflet 1.9.4 (BSD 2-Clause License) and Leaflet.GestureHandling (MIT License), hosted on this site. The typefaces are Marcellus and Figtree, from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
