Cresta Verde
Cresta Verde is a neighborhood of about 126 homes. Its core is a planned development of about 92 homes on Cresta Verde Drive, near Hawthorne Boulevard and Crest Road, recorded May 12, 1972 and built that year. The city annexed the Cresta Verdes area between 1960 and 1966, and its 1992 General Plan listed Cresta Verdes among the planned residential developments of the city's southwest.
