Living in Strawberry Lane
A 1947 account of the corporation's work placed the tract next to Dapplegray Lane. In 1960 the Rolling Hills Little League still used the Strawberry Lane area as one of the named districts in its boundaries. In 1992 the city's General Plan put the neighborhood served by Strawberry Lane in its lowest-density residential category, matching what was already built there.
The city's General Plan maps Strawberry Lane as a neighborhood of its own, and a Strawberry Lane HOA is on the list of homeowners associations the city contacted for its 2021–2029 Housing Element.
