Recorded on May 28, 1924, Tract 7145 is one of Miraleste's first Palos Verdes Project tracts, along Miraleste Drive, Via Colinita, Via Siena, Via Lorenzo and Via Frascati. Some homes date from the project's first years; a 1926 photograph in the library district's archive shows a stucco, tile-roofed house with fresh plantings on Via Lorenzo.

Miraleste, Rancho Palos Verdes
Miraleste is the hillside district on the harbor side of the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Rancho Palos Verdes, along Miraleste Drive and Palos Verdes Drive East. It began as one of the four districts of the Palos Verdes Project, the planned community laid out with the Olmsted Brothers, and its first tracts were recorded in 1924. Later streets filled in through the 1950s and 1960s.
