Ridgegate

Ridgegate is the townhome community on Ridgegate Drive and the Ridgebrook, Ridgebluff and Ridgecove courts. It was recorded as four tracts in August and September 1972 and built in 1973–74. B. R. Morris Development Company began selling it in 1973, to designs by architect Christopher R. Wojciechowski.

Highridge, Rancho Palos Verdes
Highridge is the cluster of townhome, condominium and apartment communities along Highridge Road, Peacock Ridge Road and Ravenspur Drive, with about 1,500 homes. Most date from 1973 to 1979. The largest are the Ridgegate and Mira Verde townhome communities, which B. R. Morris Development Company began selling in 1973 and 1974.
