Casa de Lunada

Recorded Tract No. 23249 · Palos Verdes Dr W

Casa de Lunada, the name a 2009 sales listing gives it, is a 12-unit condominium building on Palos Verdes Drive West, beside the Lunada Bay Plaza shops. Its tract map was recorded July 8, 1975, the year the building went up. The same listing describes an elevator, a pool and spa, underground parking, and balcony views of Lunada Bay and Catalina.

Partly documented: residents and listings use this name, but official records are thin. Corrections are especially welcome.
