Palos Verdes Village is the tract of about 94 houses on Seamount, Coveridge and Leacrest drives. B. R. Morris Development Company opened it for preview in November 1971 at Hawthorne Boulevard and Seamount Drive. Advertisements offered three-, four- and five-bedroom plans with ocean views and stone fireplaces, in some 20 exterior styles from Contemporary Spanish to Traditional.

Seamount, Rancho Palos Verdes
Seamount is the neighborhood of about 733 homes between Hawthorne Boulevard and Highridge Road, along Seamount Drive, Doverridge Drive, Indian Valley Road and Armaga Spring Road. Its first tracts were recorded in 1963 and built up through the late 1960s, and in 1971 B. R. Morris Development Company opened Palos Verdes Village on Seamount Drive.
