Mesa Palos Verdes, Rancho Palos Verdes
Mesa Palos Verdes is a neighborhood of about 520 homes along Whitley Collins Drive, Stonecrest Drive, Sunmist Drive and nearby streets off Highridge Road. Ray Watt's R. A. Watt Co. developed it from 1963, and most houses date from 1963 to 1968.
