Seacliff is the small area on Palo Vista Drive, Seacliff Drive and Aqua Vista Drive off Palos Verdes Drive South, where Sea Raven Drive continues from Ladera Linda. The city's Neighborhood Watch calls it Seacliff. Its two tracts were recorded on April 11, 1979 and January 2, 1980, and most of its about 42 homes were built from the early 1980s to 2000.

Ladera Linda, Rancho Palos Verdes
Ladera Linda is a neighborhood of single-family homes on the hillside above Palos Verdes Drive South, around Forrestal Drive in southeast Rancho Palos Verdes. Its main tract was recorded in August 1962 and built out mostly between 1963 and 1965, and a smaller section on Seaglen and Hightide drives followed around 1970 to 1972. The name is Spanish for "pretty hillside."
