Casa Malaga

Recorded Tract No. 34366 · Via Campesina

Casa Malaga, as one local real-estate office names it, is a condominium building of about 12 units on Via Campesina, behind Malaga Cove Plaza. The building went up in 1964, but its condominium map was not recorded until July 11, 1979. Sales listings mention a shared pool and barbecue area.

Partly documented: residents and listings use this name, but official records are thin. Corrections are especially welcome.
