Eastvale Rd, Westvale Rd, Bolan Ln
The oldest of Westfield's four tracts, recorded March 31, 1947, covers about 95 homes on the northern stretch of Eastvale and Westvale roads and on Bolan Lane. Building began in 1949, and about half the homes were up by 1952. Recent listings for Eastvale Road homes here describe them as part of the Westfield equestrian area.

Westfield, Palos Verdes Peninsula
Westfield is an unincorporated Los Angeles County neighborhood of about 300 homes on Eastvale, Westvale, Sunnyridge and Rainbow Ridge roads, off Crenshaw Boulevard south of Palos Verdes Drive North. It grew on four tract maps recorded between March 31, 1947, and July 17, 1957, and most of its homes date from the 1950s.
